Art ... A total passion of mine since I was 4 years of age.
I enjoyed other subjects, but the one that gave me a buzz and the most satisfaction was art. I knew at high school that that is what I wanted to pursue for a career.
Born UK, 1975.
I went to college, and then University to learn more art techniques and skills. I have art degrees but enjoy expanding my own knowledge through trial, error and practice.

Create, learn, have fun
All my art is 100% hand drawn by myself, then scanned into the computer to create step-by-step images for my books.
I mainly use coloured pencils (prismacolour are my favourites)
and I use graphite pencils.
Sometimes I use marker pens or a bit of paint to add a bit more POP to my drawings.
I hope that sharing my tips & guides will help others to light their passion for getting lost in the world of creativity.
I hope to inspire you to try more techniques, and learn to trust your instincts.
I live in Devon, UK. A lovely area with some lovely people, but I have lived in many areas of the UK and am originally a northerner. x
I mainly use pencils... but I also love painting & using various mediums to experiment, enhance & learn.
I aim to make it as easy as possible to help people to learn to colour & draw so that you can feel proud of your achievements & progress.
I was so messy as a child as an artist... my mum used to despair at the state of my bedroom with art stuff and paint all over the place hehehehe xxx
